At the heart of any HC Group salon are costs.

The cost of a salon can vary greatly, depending on location, size of premises, set up expenses, including working capital.

The HC Group is passionate about affordability. Therefore, there is no set limit required for a salon, as we feel that both flexibility and adaptability is vital.

We will make the best use of the budget and support provided, and where needed, assist the right person in financially acquiring their business.
​
Business costs will be discussed in person with all parties concerned.
​
We only believe in the total actual cost. For instance, where financial assistance is required from the HC Group; whatever sum is agreed, is the total sum payable and no more.
Some salon groups may put a sum of between £10,000 - £20,000 to get you through the door, not to mention all the extra costs involved, so realistically, you probably end up paying 5-10 times that amount.

A business and training plan, will all be provided at no extra cost.

The length of training required will be tailored to you, depending on your personal expertise and experience.
​

TRANSPARENCY
Total transparency is somewhat vague within the business world. However, at the HC Group, we aim to be transparent from the outset.

Training and support will be bespoke to you and your team. We can assist you with everything regarding your business.
You can appoint your own accountant or use the same certified accountant firm the HC Group use.
You can also receive monthly motivation information from renowned world business leaders.
The HC Group have a complete training system broken down into Modules.
All initial training to the HC salon director (owner) will be given at no cost.
The HC salon owner will also be trained to train their staff.
Training for owners and managers, comprising a variety of subject areas pertaining to the business, including all aspects of management. From training and business plans, effective appraisals, presentation, delegation, leadership, manager qualities, innovation,
decisions, team direction etc.
Training for all the team includes inspirational life skills. Passion - confidence - purpose - appreciation - change - cause and effect - courage. Courses on selling, communication, excellent customer service, advanced hairdressing, management, leadership etc.
The HC Group is passionate about helping people to attain their goals and may financially assist potential 'Salon directors' gaining finance to open their own salon, whether it be a
hair, barber, beauty or nail salon.
